BJB OptiLine Plastic Optics provides precise light control, optimized light distribution, and reduced glare. The comprehensive range of optical systems is designed for easy installation, featuring latching elements or P2F fastening elements that eliminate the need for screws.
The BJB OptiLine Plastic Optics portfolio includes pitch-dependent Performance optics for low-UGR applications, pitch-independent Flex optics for flexible LED module selection, Louvre optics for reduced glare, 3x11 DSL optics for Zhaga Book 7-based LED modules, Flat optics for linear LED luminaire systems, and Slim optics for LED conversions in existing luminaires. Shared fastening concepts across several OptiLine families enable different optical solutions to be used within the same luminaire housing.
BJB OptiLine Plastic Optics are ideal for retail, office, hospitality, warehouse, industrial, supermarket, trunking system, linear luminaire, and continuous-row lighting applications. Select versions support tool-free mounting, compatible end caps, low-profile construction, uniform light distribution, and compatibility with 14mm, 20mm, 24mm, 280mm, and 560mm LED module formats.
OptiLine Performance
These pitch-dependent OptiLine Performance optics are designed for applications requiring very low glare. The same latching mechanism used across both pitch-dependent and pitch-independent optics enables a family of optical solutions for different applications within the same luminaire housing.

OptiLine Louvre
The OptiLine Louvre system combines lens optics with matching louvres to deliver low-glare illumination for demanding lighting applications. Available in medium and wide beam versions, the optics offer low UGR values and are well-suited for applications requiring high lighting quality and reduced glare. The system can be used in both light panels and aluminum profiles, providing flexibility for luminaire design.
