Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated MAX1161x Low-Power 12-Bit ADCs
Analog Devices MAX1161x Low Power 12-Bit ADCs feature an internal track/hold, voltage reference, clock, and an I2C-compatible 2-wire serial interface. These Analog-to-Digital converters (ADCs) operate from a single power supply of 2.7V to 3.6V or 4.5V to 5.5V and require only 670µA at the maximum sampling rate of 94.4ksps. These devices are available in 4-, 8-, and 12-channel versions with fully differential analog inputs, software configurable for unipolar or bipolar, and single-ended or differential operation.Features
