Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated MAX38912 PMOS Linear Regulators
Analog Devices MAX38912 PMOS Linear Regulators are low-noise, high-PSRR devices that deliver up to 500mA load current. The regulators feature only 11µVrms of output noise from 10Hz to 100kHz. The Analog Devices regulators are fully protected from damage by internal circuitry. This provides programmable inrush current limiting, output overcurrent limiting, reverse current limiting, and thermal overload protection.Features
