Analog Devices Inc. LTM4705 DC-DC μModule® Regulator is a complete dual 5A step-down switching mode regulator in a tiny 6.25mm x 7.5mm package. The LTM4705 μModule integrates the switching controller, power MOSFETs, the inductor, and support components. Operating over an input voltage range of 3.1V to 20.0V, the LTM4705 supports an output voltage range of 0.6V to 5.5V, set by a single external resistor. The high-efficiency design of the device delivers a dual 5.0A continuous output current. Both channels share the same clock and run 180° out of phase. Only a few ceramic input and output capacitors are needed.
