ams OSRAM Power TOPLED Lens™ SFH 4258BS and SFH 4259BS LEDs are compact, reliable, and efficient LEDs. These IR LEDs use IR:6 thin-film chip technology and deliver radiant intensity with increased efficiency, longer standby time for batteries, and reduced thermal budget. The Power TOPLED Lens™ LEDs feature high forward current allowed at high temperatures. These LEDs meet AEC-Q102 standards for automotive-grade reliability. The Power TOPLED Lens™ LEDs are ideal for access control and security, authentication, factory and home/building automation, in-cabin sensing, and medical lighting.
