Mikroe MIKROE-3200 Fan 4 Click
Mikroe MIKROE-3200 Fan 4 Click is a compact two-wire fan driver that utilizes an integrated 5VDC brushless-motor driver chip. This click can control the speed of two-wire DC brushless motors through its output voltage regulation and current limiting capabilities. Mikroe MIKROE-3200 Fan 4 click uses the LTC1695 IC which features an integrated 6-bit DAC. The DAC regulates the output voltage in the range from 0V to 4.92V and offers maximum output current limiting and thermal shutdown protection. The Fan 4 click also features a startup boost timer that ensures reliable startup of the fan.The MIKROE-3200 click includes a compact driver IC, few external components, and high efficiency integrated PMOS regulator. These features make the Fan 4 click an ideal solution for low-power 5VDC brushless motors, for spot cooling, and general purpose battery operated systems.
