Microchip Technology 32-Bit SAM D Microcontrollers

Microchip Technology 32-Bit SAM D Microcontrollers are general-purpose MCUs ideal for many low-power, cost-sensitive industrial and consumer applications. The SAM D MCUs offer a wide range of interface and peripheral options with impressive low-power performance.

The Microchip Technology SAM D5x MCUs feature the 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M4F processor with Floating Point Unit (FPU) running at up to 120MHz, up to 1MB dual-panel Flash with ECC, and up to 256KB of SRAM with ECC. These devices offer excellent interface options with class-leading power performance and integrated hardware security.

The SAM D1x/2x MCUs are based on an Arm Cortex-M0+ core running at up to 48MHz. These devices offer flexibility and ease of use with optimized architecture and peripheral sets.
