Infineon TLx49x6 High-Precision Hall Switches are comprised of high-precision, unipolar and bipolar Hall-effect switches and latches for different magnetic sensitivities. The TLx49x6 series of hall switches are ideal for many automotive and industrial applications. The family also includes two-wire sensors with a current interface and a low-power model that consumes just 4μA.
