Infineon Technologies EVAL-M1-IM241 Evaluation Board

Infineon Technologies EVAL-M1-IM241 Evaluation Board supports customers during the first steps of applications with the IM241 CIPOS™ Micro Intelligent Power Modules (IPMs). Combined with control boards equipped with the M1 20-pin interface connector, like EVAL-M1-101T, the kit offers a complete system to demonstrate the CIPOS™ Micro IPM technology in motor drives. The board provides a single-phase AC connector, an EMI filter, an input rectifier, DC bus capacitors, and a 3-phase output for connecting the motor. The Infineon EVAL-M1-IM241 Evaluation Board also contains a CoolSET™-based auxiliary power supply to provide 15V and 3.3V, emitter shunts for current sensing and overcurrent protection, and a voltage divider for DC-link voltage measurement.
