Infineon Technologies BTS3050TF Demonstration Board
Infineon Technologies BTS3050TF Demonstration Board is designed to evaluate the performance and features of the BTS3050TF Highly Integrated Temperature Protected MOSFET (HITFET™) switches. This board already contains the BTS3050TF switch mounted on it, along with connectors for OUT, IN, and GND pins. The BTS3050TF board is capable of driving one 12V resistive, capacitive, or inductive load. Infineon Technologies BTS3050TF Demonstration Board is and operates within a 6V to 31V supply voltage range and is RoHS compliant.
