The Diodes Inc. DML1012ALDSQ single-channel smart load switch offers a very low on-resistance in a small package. It contains an N-channel MOSFET for up to VBIAS = 1.5V input-voltage operation and a 6A channel with a 3.2V to 5.5V bias supply. A low-voltage control signal controls the DML1012ALDSQ Smart Load Switch through the ON pin. The DML1012ALDSQ is suitable for automotive applications requiring specific change control; this part is AEC-Q101 qualified, PPAP-capable, and manufactured in IATF 16949-certified facilities.
The DML1012ALDSQ smart load switch is ideal for automotive and industrial electronics, advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), and infotainment applications.
