Schaltbau LV Connectors are configurable high-current charging connectors designed for DC power transfer between vehicles, batteries, and charging equipment. The product family includes the LV80/120, LV160/250, LV320/400, and LV500 series, providing scalable charging solutions for a wide range of industrial battery-powered systems. These connectors incorporate an optimized main contact system with solid power contacts that help minimize contact resistance and self-heating while reducing mating and unmating forces.
