ROHM Semiconductor BD9B306ANF-Z DC/DC Converter is a single synchronous buck DC/DC converter with built-in low-on-resistance power MOSFETs. This converter provides up to 3A of current and offers high-accuracy output voltage due to its ±1% reference voltage. The BD9B306ANF-Z DC/DC converter features a fast transient response due to a constant on-time control system. This converter supports light-load mode control to improve efficiency under light-load conditions, and the power good function enables the system to control the sequence. The BD9B306ANF-Z DC/DC converter achieves high power density and offers a small footprint on the PCB by employing a 6-pin 1.5mm x 1.5mm small package.
