TPS62A20x-Q1/TPS62A2Nx-Q1 Step-Down Converters

Texas Instruments TPS62A20x-Q1/TPS62A2Nx-Q1 Step-Down Converters are pin-to-pin compatible, high-efficiency, synchronous step-down DC-DC converters capable of delivering continuous output currents of 1A, 2A, 3A, and 4A. Using a constant on-time (COT) control topology, these devices provide a fast transient response while maintaining a fixed switching frequency under steady-state conditions.
