TJF1103 Ethernet 100BASE-T1 PHY Transceiver

NXP Semiconductors TJF1103 Industrial Ethernet 100BASE-T1 PHY Transceiver provides 100Mbit/s transmit and receive capabilities over unshielded twisted-pair cables, supporting cable lengths of up to 15m. It is available in two variants. The TJF1103A variant contains standard MII/RMII and RGMII(-ID) MAC interfaces. The TJF1103B variant provides an SGMII interface.
