API774x Digital Isolators

Diodes Incorporated API774x Digital Isolators are 4-channel digital isolators designed to provide robust signal isolation with data rates up to 100Mbps. These isolators feature configurable channel directions, selectable default output states, and a low propagation delay of typically 11ns for high-speed communication. The API774x isolators provide 3000V_RMS isolation in an SSOP-16 package and 5000V_RMS isolation in an SO-16W package with a minimum of 150V/ns Common-Mode Transient Immunity (CMTI). With low power consumption and CMOS-compatible inputs, these quad-channel digital isolators are well-suited for industrial, power management, motor control, solar inverters, and automation applications. The automotive-grade API774xQ versions are AEC-Q100 qualified and optimized for EV powertrains, battery management, onboard chargers, and traction inverter systems.
