SN65HVS882 Digital Serializer

Texas Instruments SN65HVS882 34V eight-channel digital input serializers feature the market's highest input density. The device takes eight industrial digital inputs and serializes them into an SPI interface that allows for more than 160 inputs. The SN65HVS882 offers a variety of integrated system features, including a built-in adjustable current regulator, a built-in regulator that provides an output voltage of 5V from a supply voltage of 10V-34V, and an integrated programmable de-bounce. TI's serializers feature low board space and power consumption, are optimized to operate in a temperature range of -40ºC to +125ºC, and are ideal for any industrial automation application requiring a high count of digital industrial inputs.
