With a one-cycle surge current capability up to 20A, K Series SIDACs are ideal for dumping charged capacitors through an inductor in order to generate high-voltage pulses.

Multipulse™ SIDACs

Littelfuse Multipulse™ SIDACs feature increased high voltage generation capacity and offer a repetitive off-state blocking voltage (VDRM) of 180V to 200V minimum, depending on actual device type. Littelfuse Multipulse SIDAC blocking capability is ensured by glass passivated junctions for best reliability. Littelfuse Multipulse SIDACs come in a DO-15 axial leaded package.
