USB-C™ PAG1 Solutions

Infineon Technologies USB-C™ PAG1 Solutions is used for AC-DC power applications and features an integrated USB Power Delivery (PD) controller. This allows OEMs to build reliable, efficient, cost-effective power adapters for USB-C chargers. PAG1 is a two-chip solution with a primary start-up controller (PAG1P) and a single-chip secondary-side controller (PAG1S). It integrates a synchronous rectification driver, PD controller, 30V-tolerant regulator, high-voltage NFET gate drivers, OVP, SCP, and OCP protection. Infineon PAG1 is a secondary-side-controlled flyback solution with dynamically variable switching frequency for best-in-class efficiency and reliability.
