HMC7950 Evaluation Board

Analog Devices HMC7950 Evaluation Board is designed to evaluate HMC7950LS6 low noise amplifier. The HMC7950 evaluation board is a two-layer board fabricated board which uses Rogers 4350 with best practices for high-frequency RF design. The RF input and RF output traces provide 50Ω characteristic impedance. This evaluation board operates between 2GHz to 28GHz frequency range, 5V supply voltage, and -40ºC to 85ºC operating temperature range.
