XCL104/XCL105 Step-Up DC/DC Converters

Torex Semiconductor XCL104/XCL105 Step-Up DC/DC Converters are synchronous converters that integrate an inductor with a 0.17Ω Nch driver FET and 0.23Ω synchronous Pch switching FET built-in. These converters include a built-in coil minimizing the size of the converter and the required time in selecting the components due to the lower external component counts. The step-up micro DC/DC converters can start operation from an input voltage of 0.9V and feature an output voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V. These converters are ideal for industrial equipment, the Internet of Things (IoT), wearables, mobile devices, and any equipment emphasizing battery life.
