QPF4551 5.0GHz Wi-Fi® 6 Front End Module

Qorvo QPF4551 5.0GHz Wi-Fi® 6 Front End Module (FEM) is designed for IEEE 802.11ax systems. The QPF4551 features a 5150MHz to 5850MHz frequency range, up to 32dB transmit gain, and a low 2.1dB noise figure. This highly integrated device combines a 5.0GHz power amplifier (PA), regulator, single pole double throw switch (SPDT), and a bypassable low noise amplifier (LNA) into a single package. The compact form factor and integrated matching of the QPF4216 minimize the layout area in the application.
