ADF5901 MMIC

Analog Devices ADF5901 24GHz Tx monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) features an on-chip, 24GHz Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO) with PGA and dual Tx channels for radar systems. The on-chip VCO produces the 24GHz signal for the LO output and two Tx channels.
