Qwiic Breakout Boards

Qwiic Breakouts are compact boards, each based around a device that provides input or output to a Qwiic Connect project. Options include optical sensors, temperature sensors, accelerometers, magnetometers, Real Time Clocks, and GPS modules. Most Qwiic Breakouts have two or more connectors allowing multiple devices to be connected.

SEN-15219 Pulse Oximeter & Heart Rate Sensor

SparkFun SEN-15219 Pulse Oximeter and Heart Rate Sensor is an I2C-based biometric sensor that utilizes the MAX32664 sensor hub and MAX30101 heart rate module. The MAX30101 senses the light absorbed with its photodetectors through a process called photoplethysmography. This data is passed onto and analyzed by the MAX32664 biometric sensor hub, which applies its algorithms to determine heart rate and blood oxygen saturation. The SEN-15219 sensor includes a Cortex®-M4 processor that handles all algorithmic calculations, digital filtering, pressure/position compensation, advanced R-wave detection, and automatic gain control.
