AURIX™ TC397 3.3V TriCore Application Kit

Infineon Technologies AURIX™ TC397 3.3V TriCore Application Kit offers limited signal access for early evaluation. This application kit features various communication interfaces such as CAN FD, Gigabit Ethernet, SPI, and FlexRay, as well as an LCD XGA display 320x420. The TC397 application kit gives access to all analog and digital IOs available from the LFBGA-292 package of a microcontroller. This application kit has an interface for the on-chip debugging features (OCDS1 and DAP). The evaluation board helps develop Tricore applications with the help of corresponding tools. These applications can be downloaded and tested by powerful debugger software.
