Infineon Technologies TLE9185QX/TLE9185QX V33 BLDC Driver ICs are three-phase driver ICs with integrated power supply and support features. The BLDC Driver ICs feature a 3.3V (TLE9185QX V33) or a 5V (TLE9185QX) low-dropout voltage regulator, three half-bridges for BDLC motor control, one current sense amplifier, and one 32 bit SPI interface.
