This power MOSFET provides less conduction loss, superior switching performance, and withstand extreme dv/dt rates. The NVBG095N65S3F N-Channel SUPERFET III MOSFET optimizes the reverse recovery performance of the body diode, which removes the additional component and improves system reliability. This MOSFET is AEC−Q101 qualified, PPAP capable, Pb-free, and RoHS compliant. Typical applications include automotive on-board chargers and automotive DC/DC converters for BEV.
