VLMW32xx SMD Power LED

The Vishay Semiconductor VLMW32xx SMD power LED delivers significant advances in heat dissipation and brightness. The Vishay Semiconductor VLMW32xx power LED features a PLCC-4 package with a lead frame optimized to provide very low thermal resistance down to 290 K/W and power dissipation up to 200 mW. The VLMW32xx SMD power LED enables high drive currents up to 70 mA for twice the brightness of Vishay´s high-intensity SMD LEDs in the PLCC-2 package.
