TOPLED™ SFH 4243B & SFH 4253B LEDs

ams OSRAM TOPLED™ SFH 4243B and SFH 4253B LEDs are robust, high-quality, surface-mount devices for general-purpose applications. The LEDs are AEC-Q102 qualified with an integrated reflector that withstands extreme temperatures. These high-power infrared LEDs provide short switching times and a 120° beam angle. The IR:6 chip technology offers up to a 49% increase in brightness compared to the SFH 4243. Additionally, the devices feature a larger homogeneous illuminated target area and up to 70% higher efficiency than the SFH 4243, resulting in longer standby times and optimized system performance. The ams OSRAM TOPLED SFH 4243B and SFH 4253B LEDs are available in a clear epoxy, white PLCC-2 package.
