These resistors are ideal for high-frequency circuit designs where the impedance change due to the parasitic inductance of regular and professional resistors is unacceptable. Suited for more than 10GHz, these Vishay / Beyschlag MELF thin-film resistors serve applications in telecommunication equipment and industrial electronics. MM-HF MELF resistors include force-fitted steel caps and intrinsic sulfur resistance.
