NCP136 LDO Regulators

onsemi NCP136 LDO Regulators are 700mA Very Low Drop Out (VLDO) regulators equipped with an NMOS pass-transistor and a separate bias supply voltage (V_BIAS). The LDO regulators offer highly stable and accurate voltage with low noise suitable for space-constrained and noise-sensitive applications. onsemi NCP136 LDO regulators feature low I_Q consumption to optimize performance for battery-operated portable applications. Typical applications include battery-powered equipment, smartphones, tablets, cameras, DVRs, set-top boxes (STBs), and camcorders.
