TCM-BF537 Tiny Core Module

BECOM Systems TCM-BF537 Tiny Core Module is designed for industrial temperature range and volume production. This chip-size module is powered by Analog Devices single-core ADSP-BF537 Blackfin® Processor. The module integrates the processor, up to 500MHz, 32MB SDRAM, 8MB flash, and power supply at a size of 28mm x 28mm with different connector options. The Core-Module is designed for industrial usage, with a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. BECOM Systems TCM-BF537 Tiny Core Module addresses 32MB SDRAM via its 16-bit wide SDRAM bus and has an onboard NOR-flash of 8MB.
