TYN30Y-800T Silicon Controlled Rectifier

WeEn Semiconductors TYN30Y-800T Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) is a planar passivated rectifier with high blocking voltage capability, available in an IITO220 package. This SCR features high inrush current, high thermal cycling performance, and high junction temperature. The WeEn TYN30Y-800T SCR includes AC power control, high immunity to false turn-on, and an internally isolated mounting base. This SCR offers 19A average on-state current, 800V repetitive peak reverse voltage, and 20W peak gate power. The TYN30Y-800T SCR operates at -40°C to +150°C temperature range and +150°C maximum junction temperature. This SCR is ideal for use in capacitive discharge ignition (CDI), crowbar protection, inrush protection, motor control, and voltage regulation.
