Qorvo QPF7250 Wi-Fi® 7 and Wi-Fi 6 edgeBoost™ Integrated Front End Module (iFEM) is optimized for 802.11be and IEEE 802.11ax applications, combining the advantages of active components with edgeBoost filter technology. The QPF7250 integrates a 2.4GHz power amplifier (PA) with DC and RF power detectors, an FCC edgeBoost BAW filter, a transmit-receive switch (SP2T), and a bypassable low noise amplifier (LNA) into a single device. The device's compact form factor and integrated matching minimize the application's layout area and significantly reduce the number of external components.
