eSMP® SlimSMA Trench MOS Schottky Rectifiers

Vishay General Semiconductor eSMP® SlimSMA Trench MOS (TMBS) Schottky Rectifiers feature a low-profile package with a typical height of 0.95mm, making them ideal for automated placement. These rectifiers feature a low forward voltage drop, high efficiency, and low power losses. The series operates in a temperature range of -40°C to +150°C and is lead free, halogen free, and RoHS compliant. Vishay General Semiconductor eSMP SlimSMA Trench MOS (TMBS) Schottky Rectifiers come in a DO-221AC SlimSMA case. AEC-Q101-qualified versions are available. Typical applications include high-frequency inverters, freewheeling, DC/DC converters, and polarity protection in commercial, industrial, and automotive applications.

VSSAF5N50 Trench Schottky Rectifier

Vishay VSSAF5N50 Trench Schottky Rectifier is very low profile and built with trench MOS Schottky technology. This rectifier is constructed from molding compound meeting UL 94V-0 flammability rating. The VSSAF5N50 rectifier features low power losses, high efficiency, and low forward voltage drop. This rectifier is available with Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) 1 and is RoHS compliant. The VSSAF5N50 operates at maximum DC reverse voltage of 35V with operating junction temperature range from -40ºC to 150ºC. The VSSAF5N50 is ideal for low-voltage, high-frequency inverters, freewheeling, DC/DC converters, and polarity protection applications.
