AP7168 LDO Linear Regulator with POK

Diodes Incorporated AP7168 low dropout (LDO) linear regulator is a 1.2A, adjustable output voltage device with a Power-OK (POK) output. Diodes Incorporated AP7168 LDO linear regulator includes a pass element, error amplifier, band-gap reference, and current limit and thermal shutdown circuitry. The POK output feature is available for power sequence control. Diodes Incorporated AP7168 LDO linear regulator is ideal for low to medium power applications (laptop computers and audio / video applications) and battery powered devices. The typical quiescent current is approximately 125µA.
