Neutron Controls AURIX™ TC214/224/234 MCU Platform Module Kit features a variety of SAK-TC2x4 MCU pin-compatible versions in a TQFP144 package. The MCU Platform Module Kits can easily be integrated using the MCU pins routed out to two 200-position pad arrays on the bottom.
