EVLSPIN9P2 Demonstration Board

STMicroelectronics EVLSPIN9P2 Demonstration Board is a full‑bridge power evaluation platform designed to showcase all features of the STSPIN9P2 high‑density motor‑driver system‑in‑package (SiP). The STMicroelectronics EVLSPIN9P2 board integrates gate drivers and four N‑channel MOSFETs with an R_DS(on) of 27mΩ, supporting supply voltages up to 75V and delivering up to 6A_RMS continuous current. The board is built around a single‑shunt current‑sensing topology and offers programmable output slew rate, multiple input modes (ENx/INx or PWM/PH), and an integrated current limiter with adjustable thresholds.
