AF54RHC14 Radiation-Hardened Hex Inverter

Apogee Semiconductor AF54RHC14 Radiation-Hardened Hex Inverter with Schmitt inputs provides six instances of the boolean logical NOT function. The Schmitt triggers on each input provide hysteresis and allow slow-rising or noisy input signals without any fall time or input rise requirements. This hex inverter features a triple-redundant design across the circuit, which allows the device to be immune to Single-Event Transients (SET). The AF54RHC14 hex inverter also features a 100mA input clamp current and 100mA continuous output current (per pin).
