iBASE Technology IBR300 Single Board Computer (SBC) is a 2.5-inch RISC-based SBC powered by NXP i.MX 93 processor with dual-core Arm® Cortex®-A55 and a Cortex-M33 MCU. This SBC delivers powerful processing and real-time control in a compact, low-power form factor optimized for space-constrained systems. The IBR300 SBC features 2GB LPDDR4 memory, 32GB eMMC storage, and an SD socket for easy expansion. This SBC offers industrial-grade I/O interfaces, including an M.2 E-Key (2230) slot for WiFi®/Bluetooth modules. The IBR300 SBC supports a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C. Typical applications include factory automation, smart retail, machine control, and IoT gateway deployments.
