This TVS provides level 1 moisture sensitivity and low clamping voltage under surge and is ideal for automated placement. The MCC SMGJ80CA TVS operates from -55°C to +125°C junction temperature range, 90V to 110V breakdown voltage range (V_BR), and offers a 2500A peak pulse current (8/20μs).
