LAPIS ML22620 Reference Board

ROHM Semiconductor LAPIS ML22620 Reference Board (RB-S22620TB32), when used with the Sound Device Control Kit 3 (SDCK3), enables users to write and playback audio data to a target ML22620 Speech Synthesis LSI. The Reference Board from ROHM Semiconductor features a TQFP32 socket for the ML22620 LSI and includes 128MB serial NOR flash memory. Speaker and line-out jacks are provided on the Reference Board, as are connectors that break out the key signals of the IC and that connect to the SDCK3. The Speech LSI Utility can then be used on a connected PC to edit waveforms, create and write ROM data, and evaluate the device.
