EPQ-133+ Power Splitter/Combiner

Mini-Circuits EPQ-133+ Power Splitter/Combiner is a wideband 6GHz to 14GHz, 90° hybrid, MMIC surface mount splitter/combiner operating from -45°C to 85°C temperature range. This splitter/combiner offers excellent isolation and return loss, highly repeatable performance, and high power handling. The EPQ-133+ splits an input signal into two output signals with a quadrature phase shift between them. This splitter/combiner features a 4mm x 4mm small footprint, allowing for reduced parasitics in systems with better performance and a simplified layout. The EPQ-133+ comes with GaAs based design and is RoHS compliant. Typical applications include balanced amplifiers, modulators, attenuators, point-to-point, and military.
