SZNUP3125 Dual Line CAN Bus Protector

onsemi SZNUP3125 Dual Line CAN Bus Protector is designed to protect the CAN transceiver in 24V designs from ESD and other harmful surge protection events. This Bus protector features 120W peak power dissipation per line (8/20s Waveform), <100nA low reverse leakage current, and diode capacitance matching. The SZNUP3125 dual-line CAN Bus protector offers bidirectional protection for each data line with a single compact SC-70 (SOT-323) package. This device is Pb-free, RoHS-compliant, Halogen/BFR-free, and AEC−Q101 qualified. Typical applications include CAN/CAN-FD, low and high-speed CAN, fault-tolerant CAN, trucks, Smart Distribution Systems (SDS), and DeviceNet.
