TKYOCERA AVX conventional tantalum / MnO2 capacitors offer a long lifetime and no wear-out mechanism. The larger case sizes offer capacitance up to 1500µF while the small case sizes offer high CV in a minimum footprint and low-profile packages as low as 0.6mm. The capacitors offer twice improved reliability and robustness against higher thermo-mechanical stresses during the assembly process. The DCL is reduced by 25% to 0.0075 CV for a CV range of 0.1-680µF / 4-50V. KYOCERA AVX TRJ Capacitors are ideal for automotive, industrial, and other high-end applications.

High CV SMD Capacitor Solutions

KYOCERA AVX High Capacitance / Voltage (CV) SMD Capacitors are designed to enable optimum performance across all power applications. This ceramic capacitor solution for SMD applications includes extremely high CV (X5R) MLCCs with low ESR for general-purpose decoupling and filtering and high CV (X7R, X7S, and X8R) MLCCs with FlexiTerm for industrial, automotive (AEC-Q200), and commercial applications.
