NSIC20x0 LED Drivers

onsemis NSIC20x0 LED Drivers use a linear Constant Current Regulator (CCR), a simple, economical and robust device designed to provide a cost-effective solution for regulating current in LEDs (similar to Constant Current Diode, CCD). The CCR is based on Self-Biased Transistor (SBT) technology and regulates current over a wide voltage range. It is designed with a negative temperature coefficient to protect LEDs from thermal runaway at extreme voltages and currents. The CCR turns on immediately and requires no external components allowing it to be designed as a high or low-side regulator. The 120V anode-cathode voltage rating is designed to withstand the high peak voltage incurred in A/C offline applications. The high anode-cathode voltage rating of the onsemis NSIC20x0 LED Drivers withstands surges common in automotive, industrial and commercial signage applications.

IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.
