MPQ652x Hex/Triple Half-Bridge Motor Drivers

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ652x Hex/Triple Half-Bridge Motor Drivers are half-bridge, Diffusion Metal Oxide Semiconductor (DMOS) output drivers with integrated power MOSFETs. These Monolithic Power Systems motor drivers come in two variants, MPQ6523 which drives up to three different loads, and MPQ6526, which drives up to six different loads. The MPQ652x drivers are controllable from a standard serial data interface and offer various diagnostic functions. These drivers feature low quiescent current in standby mode, Short-Circuit Protection (SCP), Under-Voltage Protection (UVP), and thermal shutdown. Typical applications include DC motors and driving various loads in automotive and industrial applications.
