These ROHM LDO regulators and voltage trackers also feature low quiescent current, space-saving, high-efficiency, buck-boost automatic switching control, and low-voltage operation solutions. The automotive LDO regulators and voltage trackers operate at various supply voltage ranges, and the maximum output current varies between 0.07A to 1.5A. These LDO regulators offer different part types LDO, LDO with voltage tracker, LDO regulators with watchdog timer, and voltage trackers only.
