Vishay Surface-mount MLCCs for safety-certified applications are available with C0G (NP0) and X7R dielectrics while meeting the IEC 60384-14 minimum 4mm creepage standard.

VJ Series SMD Safety MLCCs

Vishay / Vitramon VJ Series SMD Safety-Certified MLCCs are approved for IEC 60384-14: 2005, 3rd edition, and are available with a C0G (NP0) or X7R dielectric in three sizes: 2008, 2012, and 2220. Other features include a wet build process, X1/Y2 and X2 classification rating for 250V_AC, and a reliable noble metal electrode (NME) system.
