TPS732/TPS732-Q1 Ultra LDO Voltage Regulators

Texas Instruments TPS732/TPS732-Q1 Ultra-Low-Dropout (LDO) Voltage Regulators use an NMOS pass transistor in a voltage-follower configuration. This device is stable using output capacitors with low equivalent series resistance (ESR) and even allows operation without a capacitor. The device also provides a ground pin current and high reverse blockage (low reverse current), nearly constant over all output current values.
